It's Raining PINK all around.....20 days left!

We have realized more than ever in the last year how many amazing friends and family members we have and how spoiled we are!  3 of my girlfriends from Carrollton gave me and Baby Harper a shower at the end of February and it was so fun and cute.  She is seriously going to be one spoiled little girl and definitely not lacking in the fashion department!!  A few of my friends live a little further away but they all drove in including Shellie from Tyler…I really am SO lucky!!! My sister in law Jackie, Kori and me.  This is my "little Kori" I started watching when she was almost 2 and now she's almost 9...makes me feel old.  She's also Harper's "Godmother" : ).  She even sewed Harper her first purse...too cute!!

2 of my friends from our church group gave us a super fun couples shower a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun.  Coby and I have not been the best at being social in our ward yet...I guess you could say we were still playing the newlywed game haha.  We were surprised at how many people showed up for the shower...they made us feel SO welcomed and it was so fun getting to know all of them!

Last Friday we had a work shower at my office (put together by my wonderful co-worker Desiree and a few others)...and it was amazing!  We had good food, amazing desserts, and great company...and some really cute outfits for Harper!  My department also gave us our Pack N Play which was SO nice and I love!!  We set it up this weekend and I even tested it out with Lizzie.  She was a good sport but you could tell she was NOT amused haha.  Harper officially has somewhere to sleep when she is first born until she moves in to her crib.

This Friday Coby's office is having a shower as well.  We are TRULY so blessed and so grateful for everyone who is a part of our lives and all the fun experiences we’ve had in the last year!  We are so excited and ready for this sweet (hopefully sweet haha) baby girl to HURRY UP AND GET HERE...only 20 more days.

As a side note, we went to the dr. last Tuesday and sadly I'm was only dilated to 1cm so hopefully he'll have better news for me tomorrow than he did last week.  As much as I would LOVE to be done being pregnant I want her to be as healthy as possible and I have a few more work projects I’d like to close off before I’m out for so long so… guess we'll wait another week and see :).

Oh baby baby baby....

Well it's a little delayed but they have officially arrived...Hope and David had their babies on Saturday January 28th!  They named them Caleb Corey (middle name comes from his family) and Daniel Joseph (middle name comes from ours).  They were born at 34 weeks but only had to stay in the NICU for less than 2 weeks...they are fighters for sure (especially the smaller one).

I think my parents gas bill quadrupled since the babies were born because they are just too cute to stay away from.  I've gone a few Saturdays by myself to hang out but last weekend I took Coby with me.  He was loving it until the baby threw up on his hand...oh man are we in for it when Harper is born :).  I'm just waiting for her first big blowout (from both ends hahaha) to see his reaction.  I jokingly said I was going to install a camera in our house so I don't miss a moment of entertainment but now I'm thinking I really should...I guarantee we could all get a few good laughs from the times I leave him alone with her :).
